Jaffar Khan (CA) is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Eurogas Corporation. He has 35 years of experience in the energy sector, including the development of a major energy project in Pakistan worth $600 million. From 1971 to 1991, Mr. Khan occupied the role of Chief Financial Officer of Canada Northwest Energy Ltd. after the acquisition of the company by Sherritt Inc. he worked on projects in Cuba and Mexico.

Joanne Ferstman (B.Comm, CA) is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eurogas Corporation. She has served with Dundee Corporation and its subsidiaries since 1998 and brings a wealth of experience in the financial service industry to her position. Ms Ferstman is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DundeeWealth Inc. Prior to joining Dundee Corporation, Ms Ferstman spent four years as Chief Financial Officer for a national securities firm and five years with Ernst & Young.
