Jaffar Khan (CA) is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Eurogas Corporation. He has 35 years of experience in the energy sector, including the development of a major energy project in Pakistan worth $600 million. From 1971 to 1991, Mr. Khan occupied the role of Chief Financial Officer of Canada Northwest Energy Ltd. After the acquisition of the company by Sherritt Inc. he worked on projects in Cuba and Mexico.

Ned Goodman is Chairman of the Board of Eurogas Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Corporation and Dundee Wealth Management. He has 40 years of experience as an investor in projects and companies in the oil, gas and mining sector worldwide. In 2004, Mr. Goodman was presented with the "Canadian Businessman of the Year" award by Ernst & Young.

Derek Buntain is a board member of Eurogas Corporation and President of Dundee Bank. He has 35 years of experience in the financial sector and specializes in finance structuring for private and public companies. He has been involved in merger and acquisition activities at companies such as Merrill Lynch and Burns Bros. Mr. Buntain joined Dundee in 1996.

Jonathan Goodman is a board member of Eurogas Corporation and President of Dundee Precious Metals Inc, a subsidiary of Dundee Corporation. He has 20 years of experience in hydrocarbon and mining exploration, including leading the development of the largest gold mine in Bulgaria.

Garth MacRae is a board member of Eurogas Corporation and Dundee Corporation. He has 35 years of experience in the oil, gas and mining sectors, including Executive Vice-President of Denison Mines. He joined Dundee Corporation in 1987, occupying executive roles in several subsidiaries of the firm.

Michael Smith is a board member of Eurogas Corporation and is a founding member of the law firm Smith and Zoldhelyi. He has been a member of the board of several large public companies and legal counsel with the Ontario Securities Commission and brings a wealth of business and legal experience to Eurogas.
