All permits and authorizations have been received from the central and regional authorities, including the key environmental authorizations. The acquisition of the land for the onshore facilities has been completed, including the majority of the rights-of-way for the pipeline linking the onshore facilities to the offshore platform. Civil site work was underway as of mid-2010 and construction of the onshore facilities had commenced.
