Jaffar Khan is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Mr. Khan has 35 years of experience in the energy sector, including the development of a major energy project in Pakistan worth $600 million. From 1971 to 1991, Mr. Khan occupied the role of Chief Financial Officer of Canada Northwest Energy Ltd. After the acquisition of the company by Sherritt Inc. Mr. Khan worked on projects in Cuba and Mexico.

 

 

David Bhumgara, CA, CA-IT, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Bhumgara has over 16 years experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and IT. He was previously Controller – Resource Division for Dundee Corporation and has served with KPMG before assuming senior finance positions with public and private companies.

 

 

Lucie Presot, CMA, is the Vice President of the Company. Ms. Presot is a senior financial executive with close to 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Ms. Presot is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dundee Corporation, and has spent the past 16 years working in senior and executive roles within Dundee Corporation and its subsidiaries.

 

 

Bruce Sherley, P.Eng., is President of Dundee Oil and Gas Limited, the general partner of Dundee Energy Limited Partnership that in 2010 acquired oil and gas assets in southern Ontario. Mr. Sherley joined the company in 1999 and has played a major role in maturing its underground natural gas storage project in Spain, and evaluating the company’s exploration acreage internationally. Mr. Sherley spent 23 years with Home Oil Company Limited in various management and executive capacities of increasing responsibility in Canadian and international operations.
