Eurogas Corporation is a Calgary, Canada-based company focused on creating long-term value by developing a world-class underground natural gas storage facility in Spain, and conducting exploration and development for oil and natural gas offshore Tunisia. Eurogas trades on the TSX-Venture Exchange under the symbol EUG.
Spain
Eurogas holds a 24.6% working interest in the estimated $2 billion Castor Underground Natural Gas Storage (UGS) Project. The planned facility will have 67 bcf of storage capacity and a withdrawal rate of 880 mmcf/d.
Tunisia
Eurogas holds a 1-million-acre offshore permit at Sfax. Under an April 2008 farmout agreement, Eurogas will retain a 22.5% working interest in the farmout lands upon completion of a US$125 million work program.
